Shipping policy
Banjo Bolsters
Our goal is to get you your Banjo Bolster as quickly as possible. Every Banjo Bolster is custom made for each order we receive and ships in about three weeks, sooner if possible. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is on its way. We appreciate your patience.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items will generally ship within 3 to 4 business days using the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout. If you ordered an in-stock item with a Banjo Bolster, all items will ship together when your Banjo Bolster is completed. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is on its way.
International Shipping
All physical products that are shipped internationally (outside of the US) are done so Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) or, more officially, Delivered At Place (DAP). As a result, the customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties that may be required.
Please note: If you choose to use an International Parcel Forwarding Service, once your package is delivered to the address specified in your order, our part of the transaction will be completed.
In the unlikely event that a problem arrises with you receiving your order from the International Parcel Forwarding Service, you will need to work with them directly to resolve the issue. We assume no responsibility for the final delivery of your order from the International Parcel Forwarding Service.
Upon request, we will be happy to email you the delivery confirmation to show when your order was received by the International Parcel Forwarding Service.
