Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Banjo Bolster purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your unused Banjo Bolster for a full refund, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of receipt.

We ask that you please include the invoice or order number in the return packaging and let us know you will be making a return. Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the Banjo Bolster, via the method of original payment.

Gift cards are non-returnable/exchangeable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

The same return policy applies to both regularly priced and sale items. Sale items can be returned for a refund of the sale price less shipping and handling within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your Banjo Bolster, the easiest way is to return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and handling and then place an order for a new one.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item, whether for an exchange or a refund. 

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For this reason, it is advised that you consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance.
